Postsale services
To minimize the need for post sales services, every system has three (3) related documents included in the systems package, such as:
- User Manual (General information, Installation instructions, Operational Instructions, Maintenance Instructions, Regulatory information)
- Interface Control document (General information, Mechanical ICD, Electrical ICD, Mounting instructions)
- Atmolab gimbal communications reference guide (Software details)
System is designed for easy integration and intuitive use. No training is needed. User must carefully read and understand relevant documents, described above.
Online integrational support, including 4 engineering integrational hours per system, is included in the price of the system.
With online support we can remotely connect to the system, see system logs, upgrade software and see the overall status of the system.
Mechanical issues are solved only by Atmolab authorized personnel. Upon agreement, Substitutional system can be provided for the systems in mechanical service or on Maintenance service.
We expect from our products and our services to make excellent impression and to deliver optimal results. We are in this service for the long run and therefore we will stand by our customers long after the purchase. Re-order is our biggest reward, best confirmation of our excellency.

Warranty
Systems have One-year Standard Warranty.
Two-year Extended Warranty. Extended Warranty must be purchased at the same day as the Atmolab product.
